How much does shipping cost?*

Shipping costs are based on many factors:
1. Shipping is calculated on departing and destination locations
2. Weight & dimensions are factored in to these costs
3. The choice of speed you select for your order to arrive

* Many items may have a package deal with shipping included in them due to a negotiated rate with DHL for certain countries.

Keep in mind due to fuel surcharges shipping cost have been affected.

What shipping services does Sephari use?

Rates are calculated by using a timetable from DHL but Sephari also has accounts with FedEx, UPS and will use the local mail service at times.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Yes. Please provide all necessary information to complete the transaction.

Does Sephari ship items outside the United States?

Yes, Sephari is a global company and will ship to any destination that DHL provides service to.

How long will is take for my order to arrive?

It varies depending on the origin of the location for the item. It can arrive within 5 business days but it may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.* We use a traceable carrier company so as soon as your item has been shipped you will get an email confirmation.

*Due to the uniqueness or highly popular items, orders may take longer then 5 business days. Sephari will do what is necessary to try and locate the item(s) ordered. We are in communication regularly with our merchants overseas, yet items may be discontinued or on back order at times. If the item is not available you will get an email letting you know the status.
