Holyland Handicraft Cooperative Society, West Bank

This cooperative, which is owned by approximately 36 producers, sells olivewood and mother-of-pearl handicrafts produced by its members and other producers in the Bethlehem area. As a Fair Trade organization (we were the first organization in the Arab world to join IFAT), we sell most of our products to Fair Trade customers in Europe, Canada, the USA, and Australia. In addition to our export sales, we also operate a souvenir shop next to Shepherd`s field in Beit Sahour.
